Anisakan, Pyin Oo Lwin, Myanmar, 20 November 2023 -- The Myanvice-province has a good practice of keeping November (7) to December (7) as a Marian Month. The main intention is for peace of the World, especially peace in Myanmar, as the country has been suffering from civil war for decades.
During this period of time, Rosary recitation, Marian Hynm singing, candles and floral offerings, Novena to Mary, and Devotion to the Bl. Sacrament are going on every evening at the Shire of Mary Help of Christians, Anisakan.
In daily Marian Service, one of the assigned Salesians or students takes turns to share about their experiences and stories linked to Mary. This year, instead of Salesians, many students are given opportunities to share their Marian devotions. Their sharings are very inspiring and, thus, accelerating the audience’s Marian Devotions as well.
