Anisakan, Myanmar, 24 July 2024 -- ADMA was initiated in Myanmar on 24 July at 6:30 a.m. with its 66 new members making their promises to Mary in the presence of the superior Fr Bosco Nyi Nyi, SDB, and the delegate for the Salesian Family, Fr John Gam Seng, SDB at the Shrine of Mary Help of Christian in Don Bosco-Nazareth. In the ceremony, medals, rule books, badges, member cards and uniforms were given to each one of the members. Yesterday also, as they were intensively prepared for today-event with a full day recollection, they received sacraments of confession and of the Holy Eucharist as well.
There are also a good number of lay people in other cities who have prepared themselves to enter into ADMA group. We hear that they also will make their promises to Mary in the near future.
