Anisakan, Myanmar 7 May 2024 -- On 6 May 2024, as we solemnized the feast of St. Dominic Savio, some 13 young Myanmar confreres also renewed their religious vows for another year in the presence of the superior Fr. Bosco Nyi Nyi, SDB in the Chapel of St. Dominic Savio in Nazareth Apostolate School compound, after their spiritual retreat guided by Fr. Cef, SDB from the Cambodia delegation. We were so blessed to witness this beautiful event in which the young confreres promised to give their whole life for one year.

Since the day coincided with the birthday of the retreat preacher, a birthday and thank you program was organized in the Provincialate community where songs, gift presentations, and words of thanks took place one after another. The day ended with a Goodnight from Fr. Cef, which highlighted the beginning of his inspiring Salesian missionary vocation and the virtue of humility that every Salesian should embrace his whole life.
