Miejsce Piastowej, Poland - During past two weeks (April 14-30,2016) 33 Michaelites Priests and Brothers gathered from 15 countries where they are present in all four continents. The GC 21 was started in the Mother House of Miejsce Piastowej (Southern Poland) with three day spiritual retreat preached by the Relator of the Congregation for the Saints, Fr. Zdzisław Qiyas OFM Conv and made also pilgrimage to some holy places of their Founder Blessed Bronislaw Marckiewicz.
From 18th of April started the discernment process for the election of the Superior General and on the 25th April was elected Fr. Dariusz Wilk. The newly elected Father General was born on June 21, 1967, before his assignment he worked as a teacher.
