Saeng Thong Vitthaya and Thidanukhro Schools Students

- Model Youth of Songkhla Province

Hatyai, Thailand, 27 December 2019 -- From 3-12 December 2019, the students of SME programme of Saeng Thong Vitthaya School [Salesian] and of Thidanukhro School [FMA] joined the International Junior Science Olympiad 2019 or the 16th USO, junior high-school level, at Doha, Qatar, as representatives of Thailand. Five of the six representatives from Thailand came these schools mentioned above. The teacher who accompanied the students acted as observer and as translator and editor of the test questions. From this competition, 3 students got gold and 2 receivedsilver.

On 18 December 2019, Bro. Thanad Anan, SDB, Sr. Srisuda Suthiratanakorn, FMA, together with the students and teacher who participated in the competition, paid visit to the provincial governor of Songkhla, to share the honor as students coming from this province. On this occasion, the provincial governor praised and blessed the five students for their success. He also advised them to continue to behave well and be youth models to all.
