Young visually impaired of Bang Sai Royal Center

Bang Sai, Thailand, 19 August 2018 -- The Skills Development Center for the Blind, in partnershipwith the Muang Thong Cycling Club, organized the 6th Cycling Event: Pakgred – Bang Sai that brought the young visually impaired to the wider world of Bang Sai Royal Folk Arts and Crafts Center last August 19, 2018.


Brother Suwan Jutasompakorn, SDB, director of the Center, addressed the 400 participants in the opening ceremony. Thirty-five students from the Center joined the event, in their Tandem Bicycles, biking in pair with the volunteers from Muang Thong Cycling club. Other 300 cyclists also participated in the event at the total distance of 88 kilometers.


An auction of 1 Road Bike took place after lunch at the Royal Folk Arts and Crafts Center. The money is donated for the operation of the Skills Development Center for the Blind.
