FMA Philippines and Papua New Guinea Provincial Chapter

CALAMBA CITY, LAGUNA: 20 November 2007 -- From 26 October until 2 November, the Mornese Spirituality Centre at Pansol, Calumba, Laguna, was filled with 45 members of the extensive FMA Province running from the Philippines through to Papua New Guinea. It was an experience, too, of sharing with the lay members of the Educating Communities in the Province. 'Remain in my love' (Jn 15:9) was the scriptural theme which accompanied the Sisters during their Chapter.
    Lay members of the Educating Community and youth representatives both had an opportunity to share their experiences of life and growth with the Sisters. One of the young persons presented the challenge of working even more for the poor, especially for street children and their families.
