The Brothers brings in simplicity and practicality. Being a brother makes us closer to the young.

How to make the vocation of Salesian Brother more visible in the Church?

Within the SDB context, visibility consist in:

• Regular morning talks
• Classroom teaching
• Retreat giving
• Qualify the Brother to take up key positions in the schools, training centers and even in parish.
• Qualify the Brother to undertake new ways of evangelization

How can the Salesian priest contribute to the Salesian Brother Vocation promotion?

What does sustain your vocation?

What sustain are personal convictions, a support group, prayer and a lot of humility.

Any suggestion for the path towards the EAO 2018 Salesian Brothers Congress?

Each Province draws up a PLAN – the needs/directions of the province

• Ex: the FIS aims to strengthen / consolidation of the Training Center
• Resolution: To prepare a Brother professionally qualified in administration or management
