The FRAME OF REFERENCE is an instrument offered by the Youth Ministry Department of the Salesian Congregation to shed light on and give direction to the pastoral work of every Provincial and Local Educative Pastoral Community. It is aimed to guide the pastoral activity of Provincial and Local Youth Ministry Delegates and their teams, in order to contribute to the formation of all Salesians and educators who share responsibility for the Salesian mission.
