Don Bosco Weepangali,Sumba Island, Indonesia, 24 May 2019 -- Today, a historical moment in the spread of devotion to Mary Help of Christians in Indonesia. On the feast day of Mary Help of Christians, 26 female candidates from the Island of Sumba were received as members of the local chapter of ADMA (Association of Devotees of Mary Help of Christians).

The FMA Provincial of TIN (Timor Leste - Indonesia), Sr Alma Castagna, FMA, was also presens also for this occasion, because the FMA community in Palà (Sumba island) had been giving formation to this group for many months already.

The solemn Mass was celebrated by Fr Paskalis SDB, with our students of the Don Bosco Technical High School participating in the choir, along with our friends, neighbours and devotees. A special procession and rosary was prayed prior to the Holy Eucharist.

We are glad to offer a worthy gift to the 150th anniversary of the ADMA in the world!
