Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, 11 January 2016 - With joy and gratitude Delegate of Mongolia welcomed a young priest (age- 31, ordained one year ago) Fr. Joseph Nguyen Manh Dat SDB on January 11, 2016. He belongs to missionary Ad Gentes 2008. He studied and worked in Italy for 7 years and in Turkey for one and half year. He speaks English, Italian, French, Turkish and Vietnamese. He is a person full of passion, fire and zeal for the mission.

Presently he is staying in Don Bosco Ulaanbaatar community. And very soon he will be joining with the community of Mary Help of Christian Parish, Darkhan.

We are grateful to Vietnam province and the provincial Fr. Joseph Quang SDB. He has lately visited Mongolia and he is fully aware that Mongolian delegate needs more salesians to expand the mission work. He has been very thoughtful and concerned about the mission in Mongolia. We also express our heartfelt gratitude to Fr. Joseph Nguyen Manh Dat SDB for willingly accepting to be the part of Mongolian delegate. He is indeed a new year gift from God for Mongolian delegate.
