Dili, Timor-Leste, 28 April 2024 -- The Bosconians MEHI Voice Competition (BMVC) commenced auditions for contestants on Saturday, 20 April 2024, at the AVR Hall Don Bosco Comoro, Dili. The BMVC team conducted this audition after a Technical Meeting with all contestants the day before, on Friday, April 19, at the same venue. The contestants participating in this audition come from all districts of Timor-Leste. In total, there were seventy-eight (78) participants. The judging panel in this audition comes solely from our Timorese teammates. The BMVC team organizes this competition as a preparation for the celebration of a hundred years (centenary) of the presence of Don Bosco in Timor-Leste (1927-2027). The sponsors of this event come from various entities such as Telemor, TVE, Dili Medical Center (DMC), Dili Building Solution (DBS), Don Bosco’s Past-Pupils (AADB), and Salesian Media Centre (SMC).
