Bangkok, Thailand, December 5, 2015 - The Salesian Family of Thailand celebrated the 25th priestly ordination of Fr. John Somchart Phewklieng, sdb at the Mary Help of Christians Church, Bangkok. He presided the Holy Eucharist among the Salesians, aspirants, benefactors, alumni and the religious men and women. In his homily, he expressed about the role and duty of being a priest in the Church and in the Congregation as such. And also he motivated us to be faithful in our Salesian vocation and commit to the mission like Don Bosco did.
After his priestly ordination, Fr. John Somchart worked in Don Bosco Technical School, Don Bosco School, Udon Thani, Saeng Thong Vithaya School, the Skills Development Center for the Blind and now he has been working as economer in Don Bosco School, Udon Thani Province.
