SIHM Congregation annual seminar on Media and Evangelization

Ratchaburi, Thailand, 18 October 2018 -- Our 2018 annual seminar for all 92 SIHM sisters of Thailand - Cambodia was held on 15-17 October, 2018 at Baan Pornpatcharahathainiramon, Ratchaburi. The theme was "Living Media and the Media use skills for the new evangelization" and "350 years of Siam Mission & 50 years of election of Surat Thani Diocese".


We also spend time together as one family in sharing everything in the family spirit and also spend the last day for reflection on the 11th General Chapter document together and propose the theme for the next Chapter General too.


Our two key speakers were Mr. Weerapong Thawesak, a Catholic committed layman, expert in the Media and Social Communication together with Mr. Puttipong Puttansri, a Catholic lay hiistorian, expert of Bangkok Arcdiocese, who shared about the 350 years of the Siam (Thailand) Catholic Mission (2019).
