Tokyo, Japan, 28 April 2024 -- On 21 April 2024, the Salesian Cooperators in Japan Province held their General Assembly at the Salesian Seminary in Chofu, Tokyo. Around 40 members gathered. In the beginning, SDB Vice-Provincial Fr. Michael Lap Haruyama presided at the Holy Mass.
After lunch, council members reported the previous year's activity and announced the financial report. Several matters on the 150th anniversary of ASC were presented.
Fr. Joseph Shoichiro Nakada, recently nominated as SDB Provincial Delegate of ASC, concluded the assembly with his blessing.
