Fr. GIOAKIM ĐINH VĂN PHƯƠNG, SDB - Rest in Peace!
HCM City, Vietnam, 8 September 2019 -- Fr. Gioakim Dinh Van Phuong passed away after a recent stroke, after being taken to hospital, at the age of 66 years, after 46 years of Salesian consecrated apostolic life. Fr. Phuong was among those who joined the Congregation before 1975, and like many others before him, spent long years of pastoral ministry before his priestly ordination. A creative and zealous pastor, he was a good model for the younger generations of Salesians.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, 12 September in Xuan Hiep, Ho Chi Minh City.
