Cebu, the Philippines, 20 October 2023 - The Aspirants and BEARERs (extern students) of Don Bosco Formation Center-Lawaan joined the Intramurals at Don Bosco Technical College-Cebu with the theme "The strength of the wolf is the pack and the strength of the pack is the wolf." The Intramurals started last October 13, 2023, with an opening mass at the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, which was presided over by Rev. Fr. Godofredo Atienza, SDB, together with other concelebrating Salesians, and was followed by a parade going to DBTC.
From the 16th to the 18th of October, the main intramural event was held with the Aspirants joining forces with the college department of DBTC to form one team that went against TVET, Grades 11 and 12 of the Senior High School department. The one college team was declared champions in the Basketball, Volleyball, Football, and Chess competitions.
On the afternoon of October 18, 2023, the aspirants and BEARERs represented the College team for the shout-and-yell competition in which they were hailed as champions. DBTC Intramurals 2023 concluded with the College Department being declared the Overall Champion this year.
