Three years ago was re-opened after 20 years the boarding section of the Aberdeen Technical School in Hong Kong. One of the reasons was 'to save the school before closing down'. The number of the students went down in 10 years from 1000 to few hundreds. But to the surprise of the Salesians, the 24/24 presence of the naughty boarding students does attract our new aspirants (university students or others) and is becoming a point of reference for re-vitalization of Salesian Charism in Hong Kong.
