Tan Ha, Vietnam, 6 May 2018 -- To celebrate the feast of Saint Dominic Savio, Don Bosco Tan Ha hosted a sport event for altar servers of neighboring parishes. They had friendship games in soccer. The organizers wished to offer them a playground, foster friendship among knights of the altar and encourage them to serve the Lord more generously.
The event started at 9am with exiting dance from different teams. Then it was followed by the opening ceremony. Fr. Anthony Nguyen Anh Tuan, SDB, Rector declared the sport festival open. The cool weather of the day was supportive to players. Each team lined up for picture taking. Spectators witnessed exiting games and talents were displayed by players. Everyone was overwhelmed with unbridled excitement.
After friendship games, the players and altar servers gathered for a fraternal meal. The beautiful day of sport activity resulted in family spirit and holy joy among the young people.
