Pyin Oo Lwin, Myanmar (MYM), 30 April 2025 - A course on “Psycho-Spiritual Healing” was conducted for young Salesians at Don Bosco Philosophate, Pyin Oo Lwin, by Fr. Jose Vettom, SDB, who belongs to Bangalore province. The 9-full day course began on 22th of April, and successfully ended on 30th of April. The intention of the course is to understand the nature of our emotions, and to handle them properly. There were 20 participants.

Throughout the course, the participants learned about 9 Enneagram personalities, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Focusing, and Introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). The most significant experience is that after completing the steps of the exercises, the participants personally feel emotionally released from their inner wounds that have been lasting for some years. At the end of the course, the superior of the province thanked Fr. Jose Vettom for his availability and generosity for the personal growth of our young Salesians.
