Anisakan, Myanmar(MYM), 10 February 2025 -- The sharing of the Salesian Strenna 2025 was organized by the commission of the Salesian Family under the supervision of the SF delegate Fr. John Gam Seng, SDB, on 9 February 2025, at Don Bosco Provincialate, Anisakan, Myanmar. Some 110 members from different groups of the Salesian Family (SDBs, FMAs, ADMA, & Salesian Past Pupils) participated in the event.
The event began with the opening prayer by the vicar Fr. Leo Mang, SDB, and the welcoming speech by the SF delegate Fr. John Gam Seng, SDB. After that, the theme song and the short documentary video of the Salesian Family prepared by Don Bosco Media Team, was introduced to the members. After the sharing of the Superior, Fr. Bosco Nyi Nyi, SDB, the crowd was divided into (10) small groups for group discussion.
The event ended with the final prayer by Sr. Veronica Moe Moe, FMA, and the blessing of all the Salesian priests present. The Salesian Family in Myanmar is very hopeful of seeing new changes for betterment that may happen in the near future, as the country has been undergoing political crises for some years. Please pray for peace and justice in Myanmar as well.
