“Life, as we have begun to realize, is not always easy. There will be highs and lows, successes and setbacks. But these are the very things that make life meaningful, that build our character, and that teach us resilience. Remember, greatness is rarely achieved by avoiding challenges—it’s found in embracing them. We are born for greater things, as our motto says, “Ad Maiora Natus.” This spirit should be at the heart of everything we do.
Let us also look to this year’s Strenna, “The dream that makes you dream.” Never stop dreaming. Pursue those aspirations with purpose and courage, for in achieving our dreams, we inspire others to dream as well. This is what it means to be a servant leader, a true Bosconian—lifting others as we reach for our own goals.”
Bishop Pedro Baquero, SDB, of the Kerema Diocese in his speech encouraged graduates to follow their hearts as they embark on their journeys beyond their alma mater. In his closing remarks, Principal Mr. Martin expressed gratitude to the companies and sponsors for their unwavering support and echoed Bishop Baquero’s sentiments, urging the graduates to listen to and follow their hearts.
The event concluded with a beautiful rendition of Coldplay’s Fix You, performed by the graduates, followed by the Alma Mater song. This heartfelt musical moment united the school community—students, families, and guests—in a shared sense of pride and joy. The songs added an emotional touch to the celebration, serving as both a moving farewell and a hopeful send-off, leaving everyone inspired and filled with optimism for the graduates’ future.
