Cebu, The Philippines 19 October 2024 -- On October 18, 2024, Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes - The youth center of this parish held its monthly formation on human and social issues, named TGIF or Thank God It's Friday, tonight with the theme "Responsible Netizen: Tips and Ways on How to Browse the Internet Safely". Ms. Genesis Ormillo, youth leader of the adjacent St. Arnold Janssen Parish, gave the talk. She outlined to the youth the negative realities and practices online that must be avoided and gave them tips to spread positivity.

After the talk, the youth entered into a game where they distinguished responsible use of the internet. The fun and games reinforced the need for Salesian youth to live out the Youth Spirituality of Joy and Optimism online. With youth leaders taking the lead, they continue to realize the Salesian Youth Movement's dream of youth-serving youth.
