Tacvan, Camau, Viet Nam, 22 May 2023 -- A closing ceremony for the 2022-2023 school year was held in Don Bosco Tac Van's Charity School at 07:30 am, May 19, 2023 in the presence of Fr. Joseph Dinh Thanh Dat – person in charge, Mr. Peter Nguyen Thanh Liem – Chairperson of Tac Van’s PPC (Parish Pastoral Council), Mr. Joseph Tran Trung Tin – Head of Communication Department, the students and their parents.

       In this ceremony, the homeroom teachers of the first and fourth grades acknowledged and summarized the positive aspects of the students’ efforts, the cooperation of parents; and the backlog resulted from the lack of endeavour. There was a hope among teacher staff that the students would exert greater effort, behave better and make improvements in a wide range of areas.

       The chairperson then rewarded those who had good achievements in their studies, as well as small gifts to every students for encouragement. Finally, Fr. Joseph expressed his respect and gratitude for the collaboration of everyone. He gently advised and called for the awareness of the importance of education, studying and personality formation as the students had the opportunity to go to school, to the school of Don Bosco Congregation. He expected that everybody would walk together in education, in caring for the future of young people, and wished all students a joyful and meaningful summer vacation.

       The ceremony ended at 8:00 am. The students then gathered around to enjoy the cakes and candy. All could feel the care, love and support of many people towards them. Leaving with their hearts full of joy and happiness, they were filled with anticipation for the upcoming summer activities in June.
