Melbourne, Australia, 22 March 2019 -- On the evening of Friday 22 March, the various Colleges affiliated with the University of Divinity gathered in St Paul's Anglican Cathedral, Melbourne for the annual conferring of Diplomas and Degrees. Five Salesians were among over 400 students to receive awards. Deacon Jack Saisawang (Thai Province) was present for the celebration and he was awarded the Bachelor of Theology degree (BTh).


Four other Salesians graduated in absentia: Fr Sefo Mulipola (Australia-Pacific Province), Fr Anusit Chanphen (Thai Province) and Deacons Abilio Guterres and Lourenco Soares (Timor-Leste Vice Province) all received the Graduate Diploma in Theology (GDTh). The Provincial and Vice Provincial, along with many members of the formation Community in Clifton Hill, were present to celebrate the occasion. Congratulations to our graduates on their dedication and hard work.
