Sunter, Jakarta, Indonesia, 1 July 2025 -- The Catholic Youth from St John Bosco Parish, Sunter, Jakarta, Indonesia, once again hold Youth Camping 2025 with the theme REBORN: Rise, Evolve, Begin. Youth Camping 2025 was successfully held on June 27-29, 2025, at Madalawangi Campground, Cibodas, West Java. This activity was attended by more than 135 young people from St. John Bosco Parish and surrounding areas. The goal was to awaken the spirit of the younger generation to rise, develop, and take a new step in their lives.

The activity began with an Eucharistic Celebration offered by Fr. Sevrin, SDB. For three days, the participants participated in various activities such as team building, inspirational discussions, praise and worship sessions, evening reflections and campfires that were full of meaning and the spirit of solidarity and kinship. Resource persons from professionals and young activists - Yohanes Fransisko Candra (young motivator), Vergio Silvian (Coordinator of OMK of St. John Bosco Parish), and Father Sevrin, SDB (Delegate of the Youth Ministry of SDB Indonesia) were present to share their experiences and motivation in organizing Catholic Youth (OMK = Orang Muda Catholic) and in facing the challenges of the times. This activity emphasized that to truly rise to a new spirit, young people must hold on to Love, Trust, Joy, and Hope, which are sourced from God Himself.

The organizers hope that this activity can be a turning point for the participants to continue to grow and contribute to their respective environments. "With the theme REBORN, we want the participants and us as young people to feel reborn as individuals who are better prepared for the future," said one of the participants. This activity was closed with the Eucharistic Celebration presented by Father Paulus Anggara, SDB, Youth Pastor of St. John Bosco Parish, Danau Sunter.
