Chofu, Tokyo, Japan, 2 August 2023 -- The Association of Salesian Cooperators in Japan (Tokyo Area) held its annual retreat on 30 July 2023. 25 members, 2 FMA Delegates, and 2 aspirants gathered at Salesian Seminary in Chofu. 2 SDB fathers, Fr Giovanni Marsiglio and Fr Nobuyuki Tamura were spiritual mentors. Fr Marsiglio who was a Provincial Delegate many years ago gave us 2 lectures: the history of the Salesian Cooperators; what does SDB expect from ASC? He emphasized the important meaning of living as apostles in this world. We celebrated Mass together. Thank God, each participant spent a blessed time and earned spiritual nourishment.
