Ben Cat, HCM, Vietnam, 3 January 2025 -- On Sunday morning, 29 December 2024, aspirants from the Don Bosco Ben Cat Community visited and shared the joy with the children at the Social Protection Facility - Rose Loving Home (Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City).
After attending the Sunday Mass of the Holy Family and having breakfast, aspirants set off for the Loving home. Accompanying them were Father-in-Charge Giuse Vu Duc Huan, Deacon Gioan Nguyen Mai Dang Khoa and Brother Gioan Baotixita Trinh Ngoc Duong.
At around 8:30 a.m., they arrived at the home and were welcomed by the sisters and children in a joyful and excited atmosphere. After restoring order, they started preparing the lively fair. The children had a great time playing and also exchanged many toys and food at the supermarket stalls.
The activity ended at around 10:30, father, brothers, aspirants and the children took souvenir photos together. Before leaving, aspirants also gave the children their contributions during the past Advent season.
Saying goodbye to the sisters and children, they continued their journey to the Dominic Savio Cau Bong Community to have lunch, visit the Christmas crib and wish a Merry Christmas to the Rector and the Superiors in the community. Next, they went to the Saint Joseph Hoc Mon Community and the Sacred Heart Ba Thon Community to visit the Christmas crib and wish them a Merry Christmas. After that, they returned to the Ben Cat Community.
