Nasinu (Suva) Fiji, 28 April 2023 -- The Catholic Youth Gathering at Don Bosco Parish in Fiji was a resounding success, bringing together young Catholics from all over the country to strengthen their companionship and faith in God. The program, which started with Mass led by Father Jim Kyaw Ho, followed by a talk given by the Parish Priest, Father Taisali, sports, and ended with a social, was designed to engage the youth and inspire them to live out their Catholic faith in their everyday lives.
The Mass was a beautiful and moving experience, with Father Jim delivering a powerful homily that encouraged the youth to turn to God in times of need and to seek comfort in the love of Jesus Christ. The congregation sang hymns of praise and worship, filling the air with a spirit of joy and unity.
After the Mass, Father Taisali delivered an inspiring talk that challenged the youth to live out their faith in practical ways. He encouraged them to be leaders in their communities, to be generous with their time and talents, and to strive for excellence in all they do.
