Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo, 14 August 2016 -- During the Eucharist of the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary His Excellence Bishop Théophile Kaboy, DD the Ordinary of the Diocese of Goma ordained 10 deacons to the Order of the Priesthood. Among the ordained two are Salesians of Don Bosco – Fr. Moise Paluku Manemo, and Fr. Justin Musumbuku Kwanvira, (two are Trapist Monks and four Diocesans).
In his Homily, the Presiding Bishop invited the ordinands to imitate Mary in her virtues: Never to refuse anything from God, and to learn to see, to love, and to judge like God sees, loves and judges. More so, to learn to refuse what God refuses.
Fr. Moise belongs to our Region EAO, more precisely to the Vice-Province of Blessed Philip Rinaldi - Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands.
