Tainan, Taiwan, 6 January 2016 - To celebrate the Epiphany (Revelation of the Lord to the Nations) in any Catholic community is one of the important Feast-days, but in Taiwan where is Catholics are just 0.3-0.4% of the total population it's a different story.

Last January 6th the few Catholic teachers and students (not less than 15!) celebrated the Epiphany of Lord with an Eucharistic celebration in the Salesian community chapel and concluded it with a breakfast in the community refectory.

Our Salesian Technical School in Tainan is the only SDB school in Taiwan with almost 50 years of history. The school cares for secondary technical education of 1700+ boys and girls: automotive, mechanics, electronics, technical design and bakery. Thanks to the commitment of the Past Pupils and the vibrant Salesian community the Salesian spirit in this school is alive!
