Bangkok, Thailand, 2 May 2017 -- Heartfelt greetings from the THA province of the Salesian Cooperators! At present we are 177 members with promise and 22 Aspirants (interested in our Vocation) and the average age of our members grouped in 13 Centers is 52 years (from 35 years - the youngest center in Banpong to 72 years to Bangkok, provincial house center.


Provincial level formation meetings.

  3. 2015 Jyly 25, 2015 at Retreat House Hua Hin
  4. 2016 January 23, 2016 at Sarasit Ph. School
  5. 2016 June 11, 2016 at Nazareth House Banpong
  6. 2016 November 17,2016 at Nazareth Banpong

Each Community has the apostolic works in form of their fields:

  • Teachers
  • Work in social communications
  • Christian catechesis
  • Social workers / social volunteering
  • Family service
  • Helping in the local church - parish
  • Caring for the old people

The major source of income is from Annual Retreat payment

    Most expenditure items are souvenirs for the opportunity to congratulate the anniversary or the death of the members in the Salesian Family for ongoing formation of the members and prepare for the pastoral work that will take place as the needs of the youth will demand.

DB200 related activities and inspiration

    It’s the time for birth of Don Bosco Banpong Community. The inspirations of all the Promised in this situation (Don Bosco 200 in Thailand) have been a living monument that expresses love in Don Bosco.

New PAL related formation

    The members have been urged to assume their own commitments in society with their responsibility and make themselves present and bring the Salesian charism with them to other organizations which have service to the youth and to the family as their goals by the creating the network with all the kinds of the social communications. (Cf. PAL- Reg 3)
