DB Tac Van, Ca Mau, Vietnam, 28 July 2022 -- On July 25, 2022, Don Bosco Tac Van Parish (Ca mau) held a camp to officially close the summer program with the theme "Let's have fun together".
The number of Catholics and children of other faiths was 120, divided equally into 6 teams. The competition games are aimed at promoting a humane and ethical life and helping the young to open up to the common life.
In the morning, they competed in sports and folk games with high teamwork, helping them have a lot of fun and learn many skills from the games.
In the afternoon, they entered the big game with excitement and enthusiasm. The journey of this interesting game has left in the young many unforgettable memories of their youth. After finishing the big game at 17:00, the children had time to clean themselves and enter into an encounter with God during the thanksgiving Mass.
At 19:00, the young people, their parents and many other members of the parish attended the campfire as well as summarizing and distributing prizes to the teams. Then, Father John Phan Huy Chuong taught, encouraged them, as well as called on the parents to live the spirit of communion, participation and cooperation with Don Bosco in education.
The camp ended with a sending out ceremony at 21:00
