The good news of so many meaningful services to all kinds of needy people young and old have been a constant source of inspiration to improve our own services, strengthening our faith in Jesus' paschal energy present in our world. Evviva!
The sad news of failures and tragedies have allowed us to experience the Second Beatitude: "Blessed are those who mourn, because they will be consoled", strengthening our awareness of Jesus' ongoing passion in our history. Let us pray!
For the next 5,000 issues of Salesian AustraLasia my prayer to God is that, thanks to the generous work of all the communicators, both the good news and the sad news continue to stimulate our faith, hope, and charity, so that God's grace may pervade more and more our lives, both as individual persons and as communities.
