The 18th man football championship game
for the migrants in Xuan Hiep
Xuan Hiep, Vietnam, 15 July 2018 -- In the spirit of the world cup football games 2018, the pastoral commission for migrants in Xuan Hiep Parish organized the 18th man football championship game with the theme: frienship, being together and loving.
Attending to this championship games included of 6 teams from different houses of the migrants: poor house, new house, Viet lap house, Tam hoa house, Ba giang house and a team of management staff.
The football championship games were officially started on Sunday June 17, 2018 and ended on last Sunday July 15, 2018. All the matches were very interesting and full of surprise as world cup, some weak teams as thought by the people however, at the end they played so well like Ba Giang team finally become the champion team. The second runner was Nha ngheo house team, and the third place was Tam hoa house team.
With this championship game, this was not only a time for all the migrants to have time of recreation and playing, but this was also real chance for them to have to be together and show their love and solidarity with each other under the house of Don Bosco.
The championship game of this year was ended but the memory continued to remain with each participant. Wishing that the Salesian incharge of the migrants, and other young Salesians accompany with the migrants, and also those members of organizing staff continue to have good health to serve especially the young so that all the migrants in Xuan Hiep, Viet Nam will have more chance to be together and to enjoy of being sons and daughters of Don Bosco.
