ADMA, Comoro, Dili, Timor Leste, 21 December 2021 -- Members of ADMA from Dili-Comoro and Dili-Balide centers with Aspirants from barrio Maria Auxiliadora gathered together for their annual recollection and installation ceremony of newly elected officers of ADMA Comoro om 18 December 2021 at Mary Help of Christians Parish Comoro - Dili. The new leadership team is headed by Mr. José Filipe Nunes Soares, Mr. Abel Maria Soares as his vice-president, Mrs. Domingas Pereira as secretary and Mrs. Isabel de Sousa as treasurer together with their four councillors in-charge of different areas and other section heads.
Some members of ADMA Junior also participated and everybody was so pleased with the presence of the elderly ADMA members during the recollection and installation of new leadership. There were 148 ADMA participants with their respective spiritual animators Sr. Brígida Sousa, FMA and Sr. Ermelinda Silva, FMA.
The preacher for the Advent recollection was TLS Provincial, Fr. Apolinário Neto. He animated and shared the reflection upon the Strenna 2021 “Moved by Hope” which was the spiritual heritage for all Salesian Family in line with the Advent season and with the theme proposed by Pope Francis. After the sharing, Fr. Neto himself together with other three Salesians, Fr. Manuel Fraile, Fr. José Vattaparambil and Fr. João Roque (Comoro parish priest) heard the confession of the participants.
This spiritual event would not be complete without the Holy Eucharistic celebration, celebrated by Fr. Apolinario.
