Jakarta, Indonesia, 21 May 2021 -- The Indonesian Salesian Bulletin (52 pages) was relaunched on the provincial website (https//sdb.or.id) on 19  May 2021 with a clear editorial drive, involving many Salesians and some lay mission partners in the editorial team. The second page lists no fewer than 22 names of those who have contributed with articles, photographs, distribution, layout, redaction work and also as associate editors.

Among the 18 different Bulletin articles we find an attractive presentation of many Salesian Family vocations in mission (Salesians of Don Bosco - with a special attention to the Salesian Brothers, FMA, ADMA and Salesian Cooperators) as well a presentation of the Indonesia Vice-province Patron Saint - Bishop and Martyr Louis Versiglia, and a brief profile of the recently deceased founder of the Indonesia Salesian Mission, Fr Jose Llopis Carbonnel (1932-2021).

Also the numerous images of Don Bosco spread throughout the magazine help with connection, along with some special 'advertisements' like SDB vocations or SMP Bhakti Mulia (Purwodadi) or SMK Don Bosco (Sumba). Like all the 60+ editions of the Salesian Bulletin around the world, the Indonesian edition too does not lack a missionary flavor, this time with the article on recently ordained Indonesian missionary in Brazil, Fr Beatus Tola Volkmar (Mato Grosso).

Congratulations for this renewed issue of the Salesian Bulletin Indonesia 2021 and may it reach as many of Don Bosco's friends as possible!
