Makati, the Phlippines, 26 December 2016 -- For its 7th consecutive year now, Don Bosco Technical Institute-Makati had its gift giving in Don Bosco Calauan. This was held last 17 December.

Composed of Lay Mission Partners, students from the Junior and Senior High School, Salesians and Alumni joined the Calauan trip.

The aim is to share our blessings and to spread the spirit of Christmas to the poor kids and families of Don Bosco Calauan.

The recipients were 140 kids in the tutorial program and 180 families.

Some raffle prizes given for both the families and kids were handed on by the alumni.

Don Bosco Calauan, deemed a new frontier in the mission of the FIN Province, serves around 8,000 urban poor families affected by a typhoon some six years ago.

Here's a video montage filmed and edited by Lorenzo De Castro, a grade 9 student of DBTI.
