Rome, Italy, 1 June 2016 -- After the first volume of the "Salesians" Magazine started by the Rector Major Emeritus Fr. Pascual Chavez in 2010, each year was published one issue focused on the theme of the previous year Strenna of the Rector Major.
The 2015 issue does focus on the 'Spirituality of Don Bosco'. Browsing the 112 pages of the publication we encounter chapters of 'Committed spirituality, Joyful spirituality, Celebrating spirituality, Missionary spirituality and Ecclesial spirituality'.
EAO contribution to the 'Salesians 2015'
We are pleased to read some fine articles produced by the Salesians of our Region: from Hong Kong - China about the 'Heritage of Don Bosco' (Musical, p.10-14), from Turkey about the visit of Pope Francis to the Salesian community of Istanbul (Fr. Andres Calleja, p. 36-39), from the Philippines about the Vocation Training centers (p.44-45), from Papua New Guinea (SALT servant leadership training, p.46-49), 'Lord - Send Me!' about the missionary vocation (p.74-77), from Thailand about the Building the spirituality of Don Bosco about Fr. Gustav Roosens (p. 82-83) and about the Salesian Holiness - recently proclaimed Servants of God (Fr. Charles Braga and Fr. Andre Majcen, p.90-91).
Salesians 2015 - good animation gift to the friends of Don Bosco
The "Salesians" Magazine was launched in order to spread around the Salesian Family and Friend of Don Bosco the awareness of the worldwide extension of Don Bosco Mission.
English edition published in Hong Kong
