Ha Noi, Vietnam - Nong Vu Community - On Monday morning, Sept 05, 2022, the Salesians at Nong Vu celebrated the opening Mass to start a new school year for aspirants as well as the thanksgiving Mass. The parents of five aspirants were present.
Father Dominic was the main celebrant. Father Martin and father Joseph Vinh were concelebrants. In the homily, father Martin deepened the Word of God that as the followers of Don Bosco, the aspirants should form themselves to be true Salesians in Humanity, Salesian, Intellectual, and Spiritual dimensions. Parents are invited to pray and to cooperate with the Congregation to accompany the aspirants.
In the fraternal meal, one of the parents expressed the gratitude to the Salesians. This year, two aspirants from the North of Vietnam will move to Saigon to advance in a one-year-course preparing for Pre-novitiate. Let us pray for more Salesian vocation in the Northern region of Vietnam.
