Lahore, Pakistan, 17 January 2023 -- Many women in Pakistan, despite being called upon to deal with relevant problems, have very few opportunities for discussion and also tend to be rather reserved. In this way they accumulate suffering and stress, avoiding freeing themselves from internal tensions. The Salesians of Lahore, thanks to two projects financed with aid from Spain and Ireland, are successfully carrying out a path for the students of the school, of the afternoon "Academy" and of the Professional Center in IT and Dress Making courses. The path provides the possibility, in addition to the individual help desk, of a series of workshops on self-knowledge, mental well-being, emotion control and interpersonal relationships. The activities are carried out with psychologists from the "Center for Positive Psychology“ in Lahore.
