Salesian charismatic communion in Indonesia

Jakarta, Indonesia, 4 June 2018 -- We are happy to share tha the ever first Salesian Bulletin of Indonesia, was published in these days in Jakarta as 'SALESIAN BULETIN'(Edisi Triwulan I) in 500 copies for the Indonesia Delegation Salesian Family and Friends of Don Bosco. A long awaited 32 page publication is distributed on the eve of establishment of Indonesia Viceprovince.
From a wonderful cover photo we are greeted by the Rector Major and the Indonesia SYM (Bosconians) taken during his recent visit in Jakarta (February 5-8). Almost the whole issue is mainly dedicated to the animation visit of 10th successor of Don Bosco in our country and few articles - reflections following the visit – contributed by 12 members of the Salesian Family and Young people.
At the moment the whole team (editorial board: Fr. Peter Tukan and team – Fr. Yosef Ola, Fr. Hendrik Tolok, Fr. Minggus Telupun, Fr. Ambros Widiantoro) and other four SDB involved – Photographer Fr. Bonifacio Juniantoro, Layout: Br. Ignasius Satya and distribution Br. Aleks Wiyono. We would like to make true the word of our General Regulations SDB: 'THe Salesian Bulletin, founded by Don Bosco (1877), spreads knowledge of Salesian spirit and activity, especially in its missionary and educational aspects. Its concerned with the problems of youth, encourages collaboration and tries to foster vocations. It's as well an instrument for formation and bodn on union between the different branches of the Salesian Family. It's edited in accordance with the directives of the Rector Major and his council in various editions and languages' (Art. 41)
