Celebrating 50 Years And 25 Years of Religious Consecration
Bangkok, Thailand -- On 5 October 2019, the Institute of the Daughters of the Queenship of Mary celebrated the 50 years of religious consecration of 2 members, namely, Maria KESORN CHAIKAEW and Theresa SUPRANEE RANGABPIT, and the 25 years of religious consecration of 2 members, namely, Maria WIPAWAN HLAOSIRIMONGKOL, and Angela ANGKANA CHUENBAN. The ceremony was held at the Emmanuel Hall of Phra Mae Marie School, Sathorn. The thanksgiving Holy Mass was celebrated by Cardinal Francis Xavier Kriengsak Kovitvanich, and many priests, other religious, relatives, friends, alumnae, and other guests participated.
The Institute of the Queenship of Mary is a secular consecrated institute, a member of the Salesian Family. This was established in Thailand on 3 December 1954 by the Servant of God Father Carlo della Torre, a Salesian missionary. At present, there are 40 members.
