SALESIAN SOCIETY GIVEN NATIONAL HONOUR

SEOUL: 28 May -- The Salesian Society in Korea, along with two other
organisations (YMCA being one) and two individuals, has received an
award from the National Protection Council for Youth for the work it has
done in advancing the cause of youth in poverty. The National
Protection Council for Youth is the top-level youth affairs organ of
Government. The award, presented by Korea's First Lady Mrs Lee Hee Ho
was broadcast via a nation-wide network.
