Large group of professions and ordinations coming up for VIE
HCM: 10 August 2012 -- In terms of Salesian religious formation activity in Vietnam, the current month is about as busy and hopefully, as fruitful as one could hope for!  During these days in K'long Retreat Centre (Lam Dong Province), the final in the series of annual  province retreats is taking place with no fewer than 120 participants coming mainly from the Postnovitiate and Rinaldi Theologate.

Then on
14 August, 2012, the First Religious Profession of 13 Novices will take place.  This will be then followed by the Perpetual Religious Professions to be celebrated on 16 August. There will be 14 Clerics and 3 Brothers, among the total 6 coming back from the mission lands (Uganda, Venezuela, Middle East).

And finally, on 23 August, 2012, there are 17 deacons who will be presented for priestly ordination.

As our correspondent puts it: "With your prayers, our confreres will be good, fervent and holy Salesians".
