Kep City, Cambodia, 2 March 2016 - The Rector Major let the print of his hands in Cambodia, at the feet of the Don Bosco Birth House Monument in Kep Province. In a simple ceremony on March 2, Don Ángel visited the replica of Colle Don Bosco, uncovered a board of the letter of Don Pascual Chávez signed in 2014 to the Salesian community, placed the letters to year 2115 written by the children and youth of Sihanoukville and Kep and let the print of his hands in a cement plaque with his signature.

It is a sign of unity with the Rector Major and the Salesian Family for the Cambodian Mission after 25 years of the presence of Don Bosco in this Southeast Asian country. Don Ángel is the second Rector Major to visit the Salesians in the country. The first one was Don Vecchi in 1997, but he remained in Phnom Penh for one night. Don Ángel visited the Salesian communities of Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Kep.
