New missionary expedition FMA 2018

Rome, FMA General House, 14 September 2018 -- FMA Sister are praying every 14th of the month (like the SDB are inviting with their Cagliero11 to pray on the 11th of the month) for their missionaries and new missionary vocation ad gentes.

Also last August arrived the new FMA missionary ad gentes to Rome, to start their one year long preparation for the missions. Unlike the Salesians SDB our Sisters start with Italian language course and from 19th of September will embark on their Salesian pilgrimage to Mornese, Nizza Monferrato and Turin.

Then will join the new SDB missionaries of the 149th expedition at Valdocco in the Eucharist presided by the Rector Major (September 30) and will receive from Mother Yvonne their missionary crucifix. Then will continue until next June 2019 their preparation in Rome, based in the General house.

Most of the eleven (11) new FMA missionaries of this year are coming from the East Asia - Oceania Region or CIAO provincial conference:

• Sr. Yun Hee Young Asella (Korea-Mongolia, KOR province)
• Sr. Pasi Aprilda Mary (India - Silchar, INS province)
• Sr. Da Silva Gomes Isabel (Timor Leste-Indonesia, TIN province)
• Sr. Bui Hoan Yen Maria (Vietnam-Laos, VTN province)
• Sr. Bui Vu Ngoc Linh Teresa (Vietnam-Laos, VTN province)
• Sr. Nguyen Vuong Phuong Maria (Vietnam-Laos, VTN province)
• Sr. Mamali Liendro Maria Susi (Bolivia, BOL province)
• Sr. Martinez Feliciana (Paraguay-PAR, missionary in Argentina-Bahia Blanca)
• Sr. Tuale Teresa (Philippines-FIL, missionary in Cambodia-CYM province)
• Sr. Palanca Lynce Grace (Philippines-FIL, missionary in Papua New Guinea)
