Paranaque City, the Philippines, 31 May 2017 -- On this Solemn Feast of the Visitation of our Blessed Mother to her cousin Elizabeth, the Lord Jesus visited our EAO Region in a very grace-filled way through the Solemn Perpetual Religious Profession of eleven Salesians (One Lay-Brother and 10 Clerics).
The event took place at the National Shrine of Mary Help of Christians in Paranaque City at 9:00 in the morning. The Holy Eucharist was celebrated by Fr. Paul Bicomong, SDB, the FIN Provincial Superior. He was concelebrated by some forty other priests together with Fr. Charles Saw Thi Han Lwin, SDB, the Provincial Superior of Myanmar, and Fr. Honesto Geronimo, SDB, the Vice-Provincial of the Philippine-South Province.
We accompany our newly perpetually professed Salesians with our prayers that they may remain faithful to the Lord Jesus as Salesians of Don Bosco.
