Bảo Lộc, Vietnam, 10 June 2017 -- At the early morning of June 10, 2017, the atmosphere was a festive day to all Salesians, teachers and students, especially the graduators. It began with the Eucharist at the Salesian chapel at 5:30am. The ceremony of Closing School Year 2016-2017 and Graduation Among started at 7:30. Among 400 guests, we had Fr Provincial Joseph Nguyen Van Quang, many Salesians, FMA Sisters, parents, 80 graduating students and Juniors, and many other visitors. We also had special guests who are receiving our Past pupils to their companies, government officials and Bao Loc town civil authorities.


The training manager, Fr Joseph Nguyen Xuan Quang had a meeting with all parents. He gave information of the new laws of the vocational education, in order to give an understanding to the move of the school together with parents and students.


At 8:30am, the Principal, a Salesian Brother, Francis Xavier Tran Hoang Long led the 80 graduating students to the stage with a round applause of their parents, teachers, attendants, students and friends.


The principal gave a report on behalf of teachers and staff of the school. He mentioned the name of students who offered their best of their study. It was the emotional moment of the achievement of the three years and the encouragement to the Juniors. Beside, there were some items animating the ceremony.


Following the ceremony, there were parent's meetings where they received marks and grade card for their children. We ended the day of the school with a meal where all the attendants shared a Lunch with. Then, while the students were cleansing the party area, Fr Rector Gioakim Tran Van Phuong, the Economer, Fr Joseph Nguyen Duc Hanh and the Boarding house in charge, Fr John Baptist Tran Ngoc Phat were giving advice and report to the parents of the boarders.


Lastly, we wished a wonderful summer holiday and rest to all - teachers and the junior students before the start of the next school year 2017-2018.
