God’s Gift during the Bicentenary of Don Bosco (THA)
HUA HIN: January 10, 2015 – On the occasion of the bicentenary of Don Bosco' birth, the Province of Thailand witnessed the priestly ordination of 2 young men: Rev. Peter Watthana Seesawan SDB, and Rev. Francis Xavier Ronachai Mathavabhandhu SDB at Saint Theresa church. This celebration was presided by Bishop Joseph Prathan Sridarunsil, SDB and the Provincial Fr Prasert, as one of the concelebrants.

God’s Gift at Don Bosco's Bicentenary (THA)
HUA-HIN: January 10, 2015 - On the occasion of the 200 Years since the birth of Don Bosco, the Province of Thailand is very happy and joyful in having two new Salesian priests. About 1,200 people that consist of Salesians, member of the Salesian family, parents, relatives, friends, alumni and superiors even from the Province of Australia gathered together to celebrate the priestly ordination of 2 young men: Rev. Peter Watthana Seesawan SDB, and Rev. Francis Xavier Ronachai Mathavabhandhu SDB at the Saint Theresa church, Hua-Hin. This celebration was presided by Bishop Joseph Prathan Sridarunsil, SDB.
After the end of the mass, Fr Paul Prasert Somngam SDB, the Provincial, gave a short speech to all participants. He thanked the Bishop, Mons. Joseph Prathan -as the main celebrant, the superiors from Australia -as formators and to the parents of the new ordained priests -as benefactors. He said that today the Salesians of the Province and the Catholic Church of Thailand felt very happy to have the new priests as God’s gift during the Bicentenary of Don Bosco. Let us pray for more vocations to the priesthood and to the religious life in the Church especially for being a Salesian of Don Bosco.
